Please Review Our Policies Before Booking

Before reserving your stay at Clark's Den, we encourage you to take a moment to review our policies. Understanding what to expect ahead of time helps make the booking process smoother and ensures your stay gets off to a comfortable, hassle-free start.

Campground Policies

Welcome to Madison Valley Campground. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review the following policies before your arrival.

Reservations & Payment

  • A valid credit card and signed campground policies are required for all reservations.
  • All fees, taxes, and applicable charges must be paid in full prior to arrival.
  • Guests staying 14 nights or longer will be billed separately for electricity based on site meter readings.
  • Electricity is included for stays of less than 14 nights.
  • Reservations may not exceed 28 consecutive days. Extended stays require a new reservation and are subject to campground approval.
  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in may be available upon request.

Late arrivals after 10:00 PM are not permitted out of courtesy to guests observing quiet hours.

Sites requiring excessive cleanup, including trash removal or pet waste, may incur a $75 cleaning fee.

Site Assignments

A valid payment method and billing address must remain on file throughout your stay.

Each reservation is assigned a specific site. Guests wishing to change sites must contact campground management before relocating.

Cancellation Policy

  • From Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the reservation.
  • During the off-season, a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required.
  • Reservations made through third-party booking websites must be modified or canceled directly through the booking provider.

Electricity

Electric service is included with stays under 14 days.

Guests staying 14 days or longer will be billed according to their metered electrical usage. Meter readings are processed weekly and guests may monitor usage using the meter number displayed on their electrical pedestal.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests:

  • Pets must remain on a leash at all times.
  • Pets are not permitted inside campground buildings.
  • Pets may not be left unattended.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets using the provided waste stations.
  • Excessive barking or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the campground.

Smoking Policy

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all campground buildings.

Vehicle & Parking Policies

  • Maximum speed limit throughout the campground is 5 MPH.
  • Parking is limited to two vehicles (including ATVs) per campsite.
  • Additional parking may be available upon request.
  • Parking on grass is prohibited.
  • ATVs may only operate on paved roadways.
  • Vehicles left on the property before or after a reservation will incur a $50 per day storage fee.
  • Vehicle washing is not permitted.
  • Vehicle repairs are not permitted, except for minor emergency repairs.

Campground Rules

To help preserve the campground for everyone:

  • Campfires are not permitted anywhere on the property.
  • Fireworks and firecrackers are strictly prohibited.
  • Storage underneath or around RVs is not permitted.
  • Please respect neighboring campsites and avoid entering occupied sites.
  • Outdoor mats should be lifted periodically to prevent damage to the grass.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome but remain the responsibility of the registered guest.

All visitors must depart by 10:00 PM in observance of quiet hours.

Laundry Facilities

Guest laundry facilities are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are monitored by video surveillance.

The campground is not responsible for clothing or personal belongings left unattended.

Restrooms & Showers

Restrooms and showers are available 24 hours a day for guest convenience.

Children under the age of 18 must be supervised while using these facilities.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please be respectful of fellow campers by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.

Trash Disposal

Please dispose of household trash in the designated dumpster.

The following items may not be disposed of on campground property:

  • Furniture
  • Mattresses
  • Oil
  • Chemicals
  • Toxic materials
  • Electrical wire
  • Hazardous waste

Children

Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while on campground property.

Hunting, Fishing & Firearms

For the safety of all guests:

  • Cleaning, butchering, or disposing of fish or game animals is prohibited.
  • Firearms are prohibited in all common areas of the campground.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for understanding the electrical requirements of their RV before connecting to campground utilities.

If assistance is needed with electrical service, please contact campground management. Guests may not modify, repair, or tamper with campground electrical pedestals or utility equipment.

Policy Changes

Campground policies, rates, and fees are subject to change without prior notice.
